1. Periodic check-ups, maintenance and repairs or replacements of parts due to normal wear and tear;

2. Damage to this product resulting from:

      a. misuse, including but not limited to:

          i. the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or in accordance with manufacturer's instructions on the proper use and maintenance of this product, and

          ii. repairs carried out by persons not authorized by MaTMalta;

      b. accidents, acts of God, or any cause beyond control.
